LED Rigid Strip Uses And Precautions

LED rigid strips are widely used in supermarkets, shopping malls, specialty stores and counters due to their convenience. However, since professional knowledge of LED products is not popular among ordinary consumers, some precautions need to be noted during use. Here is a brief introduction.

Precautions for the installation and use of LED rigid strips

1. First, please test the matching power supply and each light strip to confirm that it is not damaged during transportation;

2. After confirmation, please fix the matching fixing clip in the dark groove with screws;

3. Gently insert the light strip into the fixing clip;

4. Confirm the wiring plan and connect the connecting wires securely to ensure that the connecting wires are the shortest and the wiring is the most convenient (considering that the connecting wires also consume power, the total power of the LED rigid strip not exceed 80% of the rated power of the DC power supply. In addition, the total length of the LED rigid strips connected in series with a single DC power line should not exceed 3 meters to avoid overloading the power supply, resulting in damage to the power supply or insufficient brightness of the lamp body);

5. After checking that the installation is correct and there is no electrical short circuit, please wrap the other connectors on the lamp body with waterproof tape and then connect to the corresponding power supply;

6. Before the above process is completed, please do not connect any power supply to ensure personal safety!

7. The LED rigid strip is equipped with an aluminum heat dissipation shell, which can meet the normal heat dissipation of the lamp body. However, if it is used in a dusty place, it is recommended to remove dust regularly to prevent dust from covering the radiator and affecting the heat dissipation of the lamp body;

8. The LED rigid strip is composed of two parts: the upper part is the aluminum heat dissipation shell, and the lower part is the soft light cover. There is a slight gap at the joint, that is, it is necessary to avoid the entry of oil smoke, water vapor, dust and other media. If used in an environment with heavy dust, smoke and water vapor, please take corresponding protective measures for the lamp body.
